Toxicity introduction
According to the toxicity classification standard of pesticide in China, sodium nitrophenolate belongs to low toxicity plant growth regulator.
The competitive transoral LD50 of sodium p-nitrophenol in female and male rats was 482 mg/kg and 1250mg/kg, respectively. It had no irritating effect on eyes and skin, and had no mutagenic effect on animals within the experimental dose.
Sodium o-nitrophenol had no irritation to eyes and skin on acute transoral LD50 of female and male rats 1460 ml/kg and 2050ml/kg respectively, and had no mutagenic effect on animals within the experimental dose.
The acute transoral LD50 of 5-nitroguaiacol sodium in female and male rats was 3100 and 1270mg/kg, respectively, and had no irritating effect on eyes and skin.
