Azerbaijani Prime Minister Asadov recently signed a government decree approving the list of mineral fertilizers and pesticides exempt from VAT for import and sale, involving 48 fertilizers and 28 pesticides.
Fertilizers include: Ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, iron sulfate, manganese sulfate, potassium nitrate, copper nitrate, magnesium nitrate, calcium nitrate, phosphite, sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, molybdate, EDTA, ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate mixture, sodium nitrate, calcium nitrate and ammonium nitrate mixture, calcium superphosphate, phosphate fertilizer, potassium chloride, containing three kinds of nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium Mineral and chemical fertilizer of pigment, diammonium phosphate, mixture of mono-ammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate, mineral or chemical fertilizer of nitrate and phosphate containing the two nutrient elements of nitrogen and phosphorus.
Pesticides include: Pyrethroid insecticides, organochlorine insecticides, carbamate insecticides, organophosphorus insecticides, inorganic fungicides, dithiocarbamate bactericides, Benzimidazoles fungicides, diazole/triazole fungicides, morpholine fungicides, phenoxy herbicides, triazine herbicides, amide herbicides, carbamate herbicides, dinitroaniline herbicides, Uracil herbicides, quaternary ammonium salt fungicides, halogenated insecticides, other pesticides, rodenticides, etc.
