On July 1, 2024, the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) issued Directive INNo305 through the Government Gazette, setting maximum residue limits for pesticides such as Acetamiprid in some foods, as shown in the table below. This directive shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
