Brazil plans to increase the maximum residue limits of phenacetoconazole, avermectin and other pesticides in some foods

On August 14, 2010, the Brazilian National Health Supervision Agency (ANVISA) issued public consultation document No. 1272, proposing to establish the maximum residue limits of avermectin and other pesticides in some foods, some of the limits are shown in the table below.
