Precautions for Use of Abamectin

Abamectin is a highly effective and broad-spectrum antibiotic insecticide and acaricide. It is composed of a group of Macrolide compounds. The active substance is Abamectin, which has stomach toxicity and contact killing effects on mites and insects. Spraying on the leaf surface can quickly decompose and dissipate, and the active ingredients infiltrated into the plant Parenchyma can exist in the tissue for a long time and have a conduction effect, which has a long-term residual effect on harmful mites and insects feeding in the plant tissue. It is mainly used for parasites inside and outside poultry, domestic animals, and crop pests, such as parasitic red worms, Fly, Beetle, Lepidoptera, and harmful mites.

Abamectin is a Natural product isolated from soil microorganisms. It has contact and stomach toxicity to insects and mites, and has weak fumigation effect, without internal absorption. But it has a strong penetrating effect on the leaves, can kill pests under the epidermis, and has a long residual effect period. It does not kill eggs. Its mechanism of action is different from that of common pesticides because it interferes with neurophysiological activities and stimulates the release of r-aminobutyric acid, which inhibits the nerve conduction of Arthropod. Mites, nymphs, insects and larvae appear paralysis symptoms after contact with the drug, and they are inactive and do not feed, and die after 2-4 days. Because it does not cause rapid dehydration of insects, its lethal effect is slower. Although it has a direct killing effect on predatory and parasitic natural enemies, the damage to beneficial insects is small due to the low residue on the plant surface, and the effect on root knot nematodes is obvious.

Usage:

① To control Diamondback moth and Pieris rapae, 1000-1500 times of 2% Abamectin emulsifiable concentrates+1000 times of 1% methionine salt can effectively control their damage, and the control effect on Diamondback moth and Pieris rapae can still reach 90-95% 14 days after treatment, and the control effect on Pieris rapae can reach more than 95%.

② To prevent and control pests such as Lepidoptera aurea, leaf miner, leaf miner, Liriomyza sativae and vegetable whitefly, 3000-5000 times 1.8% Abamectin emulsifiable concentrate+1000 times high chlorine spray was used in the peak egg hatching stage and larva occurrence stage, and the control effect was still more than 90% 7-10 days after treatment.

③ To control beet armyworm, 1000 times 1.8% Abamectin emulsifiable concentrates were used, and the control effect was still more than 90% 7-10 days after treatment.

④ To control leaf mites, gall mites, tea yellow mites and various resistant aphids of fruit trees, vegetables, grains and other crops, 4000-6000 times 1.8% Abamectin emulsifiable concentrate spray is used.

⑤ To control vegetable Meloidogyne incognita disease, 500ml per mu is used, and the control effect is 80-90%.
