Regulation effect of chlorfenuron and 28-homobrassinolide mixed on yield increase of kiwifruit

Chlorfenuron is the most effective in increasing fruit and yield per plant. The effect of chlorfenuron on fruit enlargement can last for a long time, and the most effective application period is 10 ~ 30d after flowering. And the suitable concentration range is wide, not easy to produce drug damage, can be mixed with other plant growth regulators to increase the effect of fruit, has great potential in production.
The 0.01% brassinolactone solution has a good growth regulation effect on cotton, rice, grape and other crops, and in a certain concentration range, brassinolactone can help kiwi tree resist high temperature and improve photosynthesis.

1. After treatment with chlorfenuron and 28-homobrassinolide bucket mixture, kiwi fruit growth can be effectively promoted;
2. The mixture can improve the quality of kiwi fruit to some extent
3. The combination of chlorfenuron and 28-homobrassinolide was safe for kiwi tree within the experimental dose range, and no harm was found

Conclusion: The combination of chlorfenuron and 28-homobrassinolide can not only promote fruit expansion, but also promote plant growth, and effectively improve fruit quality.
After treatment with chlorfenuron and 28-high-brassinolactone (100:1) in the range of effective component concentration of 3.5-5mg /kg, the yield per plant, fruit weight and fruit diameter increased, fruit hardness decreased, and there was no adverse effect on soluble solid content, vitamin C content and titrable acid content. There was no adverse effect on the growth of fruit trees. Considering the efficacy, safety and cost, it is recommended to soak the fruit of kiwi tree once 20-25d after the fall of flowers, and the dosage of effective ingredients is 3.5-5mg /kg.
