1. Basic information
Chinese name: Isopropylthiamide
English name: isofetamid
CAS login number: 875915-78-9
Chemical name: N – [1, 1 - dimethyl - 2 - (4 - isopropyl oxygen - adjacent tolyl) ethyl] – 2 – oxygen generation – 3 – methyl thiophene – 2 – formamide
Molecular formula: C20H25NO3S
Structural formula:
Molecular weight: 359.48
Mechanism of action: Isoprothiamide is an SDHI fungicide with a thiophenamide structure. It can inhibit electron transfer, block energy metabolism of pathogenic bacteria, inhibit their growth and lead to death by completely or partially occupying the site of substrate ubiquinone.
Second, mixing recommendation
1. Isoprothiamide is mixed with pentazolol. A number of mixed preparations have been registered abroad, such as 25.0% isoprothiamide +18.2% pentazolol, 6.10% isoprothiamide +15.18% pentazolol and 5.06% isoprothiamide +15.18% pentazolol.
2. The bactericidal composition containing isopropylthiamide and cycloacylamide invented by Zhang Xian et al., which can be formulated into a variety of formulations, can prevent and control crop gray mold, sclerotium, black star, powdery mildew and brown spot.
3. The bactericidal combination of benzoylamide and isoprothiamide invented by CAI Danqun et al. has synergistic effect on cucumber downy mildew and gray mold within a certain range, which is conducive to reducing the dosage of drugs, reducing costs and controlling environmental pollution.
4. The bactericidal combination of isoprothiamide and fluoxonil or pyrimethamine invented by Ge Jiachen et al., is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of crop gray mold, with obvious synergistic effect and small dosage.
5. The bactericidal combination of phenacyclozole and isopropylthiamide invented by Ge Jiachen et al. The action mechanism and action site of the two components are different, and the mixing of the two components is conducive to delaying the generation of resistance of pathogenic bacteria, and can be used to prevent and control early disease, downy mildew and powdery mildew of vegetables, fruit trees and field crops, etc. The test shows that the mixing has obvious synergistic effect within a certain range.
