On July 9, 2021, Health Canada issued consultation document PRD2021-06, and the Pest Management Agency (PMRA) intends to approve the registration of Ataplan and Arolist biological fungicides.
It is understood that the main active ingredients of Ataplan and Arolist biological fungicides are Bacillus velezensis strain RTI301 and Bacillus subtilis strain RTI477. The main content of this consultation is to use two biological fungicides to inhibit corn (field corn, sweet corn, pop corn and corn planted for sowing), soybean and sunflower seed rot and seedling wilt,and to inhibit soybean Sudden Death Syndrome.
